Who We Are
Care One 2 One was established in 2012 with a simple but powerful mission — to provide high-quality, personalised care that allows people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. As an independent, privately operated domiciliary care agency, we deliver one-to-one care and support to clients across Caerphilly, Newport, and Blackwood, seven days a week, 365 days a year, from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Our services are available to adults with a wide range of needs, including physical frailty, dementia, stroke, sensory impairments, and mental health conditions. Regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we work closely with clients, their families, and representatives to ensure every care decision is tailored to what matters most to the individual — promoting dignity, independence, and well-being at every step
