Alison Price
Company Director-Manager
I began my career in care in 1987, at a time when formal care standards didn't yet exist. What started as a way to balance work with raising my children soon became a lifelong vocation. Over the years I've worked across many areas of care, from hospital and mental health services to support for adults with complex needs, live-in care, and community care. Along the way I completed my Registered Managers Award and trained as a counsellor, working with both Cruse Bereavement Support and Victim Support. These experiences gave me a deeper understanding of people, resilience, and the importance of compassionate, person-centred support.
After working as a deputy manager in a dementia care home in Cardiff, I became a Registered Manager across several care homes, each role deepening my commitment to improving standards of care. When the home I was managing closed in early 2012, I began to reflect on what could be done differently. Together with my administration assistant at the time, who is now my Finance Manager, I made the decision to launch a domiciliary care business built on greater compassion, consistency, and integrity.
And so Care One 2 One began. As we approach our 15-year anniversary, we now employ more than 70 staff and deliver over 700 hours of care each week across the Caerphilly and Newport boroughs. It's been a journey of highs and lows, but one I wouldn't change. I'm incredibly proud to work alongside people who bring such talent, dedication, and kindness to caring for others. We work differently because we care deeply, we listen carefully, and we never forget that behind every care package is a person, a family, and a life that deserves dignity, respect, and compassion.

I have worked for Care One 2 One ltd since it was established in 2012. Since then, I have been in post for over 14 years and supported the Company Director who has grown the company into the incredible client focused and person-centred business that it is today. Teresa Morgan
Newport Area Manager
I've been with Care One 2 One since January 2025, joining from another area of care to take on my role as Area Co-ordinator Manager for Newport and Risca. I'm passionate about supporting people to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible in their own homes, with care built around the individual and what matters most to them. Within the Newport service, we work as a close-knit team, made up of a Co-ordinator and a Senior Team Leader alongside myself. We take the time to understand each person's routines, preferences, and choices, so their care always feels responsive, respectful, and personal. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing people supported to live well at home, with care that's purposeful, meaningful, and truly centred around them.

Adrianne Sanders
Operations Manager
I've been part of Care One 2 One since January 2023, and every day brings something I find genuinely rewarding. What I love most is making a positive difference in people's lives, supporting both our clients and our staff in equal measure. Leading and motivating my team is a real privilege, especially helping them build the skills and confidence to deliver truly person-centred care. I've always been someone who enjoys a challenge, and this role gives me plenty of them. Being part of this team means a great deal to me. I value the open communication, the sharing of knowledge and skills, and the chance to help others grow. Knowing that what we do genuinely improves people's lives is what makes every part of my role so fulfilling.

Andria Isaac
Administrative Assistant – Finance
I've been part of Care One 2 One for almost ten years. I started out as a Care Support Worker before moving into the office, and today I work as an Administrative Assistant on the Finance Team, where I look after client invoices and the administrative duties that come with them. Having worked on both sides, I really understand how the care we provide and the work behind the scenes go hand in hand. My role means working closely with both the care and finance teams, and I genuinely enjoy the supportive, friendly atmosphere in the office. No two days are quite the same, and there's always someone happy to lend a hand when it's needed. After nearly a decade here, it's the people and the sense of teamwork that keep me coming back, most days, anyway!

Staff Trainer
I joined Care One 2 One in 2022 as a carer, and in 2024 I stepped into my current role as Staff Trainer. I love meeting the new staff who join us, hearing their stories, and getting to know the experiences that brought them here. Guiding them through their training and helping them feel confident and ready to deliver the best possible care is easily the most rewarding part of my job. Being part of Care One 2 One feels a lot like being part of a family. We care for one another, support each other through everything, and always find time to share plenty of laughs along the way.

Finance & Marketing Coordinator
I joined Care One 2 One in 2026 on the business admin side, and within three months I was promoted to Finance & Marketing Coordinator, the role I hold today across the finance and marketing sides of the business. What's made the biggest impression on me is the people. In a short time, I've grown enormously, learning from a team that leads by example and makes everyone feel genuinely valued. There's a real sense of belonging here, one that shapes how we care for our clients and each other. What drives me is simple: to give my best each day and help make a real difference to everyone we support.
