Whether you require help with personal care, medication, meal preparation, or simply some companionship, our qualified and compassionate team is here to help, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Before any service begins, we carry out a thorough initial assessment in collaboration with you, your family, or your appointed representative. This ensures we fully understand your needs, preferences, and personal goals. From this, we develop a personalised care plan that is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect any changes in your circumstances, because we believe great care should always evolve with you.
Our services are available to adults with a wide range of needs, including physical frailty, dementia, stroke, sensory impairments, mild mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. Whether you are privately funded or referred through a Local Authority, we are committed to delivering the same high standard of flexible, person-centred care to every client we support.
Personal Care
Our carers provide compassionate personal care including assistance with getting up, washing, dressing, toileting, bed making, and settling down for the night, all delivered with full respect for your dignity and privacy
Medication Support
Our trained staff assist with administering or prompting prescribed medicines, applying creams or patches, eye, ear, or nose drops, liquid medication, and inhaler support, all in line with your personalised care plan.
Dementia Care
We provide specialist care for individuals living with dementia, focusing on safety, routine, and emotional reassurance while promoting independence wherever possible
Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support
Our carers assist with preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper, snacks, and drinks, ensuring you maintain a healthy diet while enjoying warm companionship at every mealtime.
Respite Care
We offer flexible respite care to give family members or regular carers a well-deserved break, with our staff stepping in seamlessly to maintain continuity and consistency of care.
Companionship
Our carers provide genuine emotional support and companionship through conversation, shared activities, or simply spending quality time together, helping to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
Domestic & Household Support
We assist with cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general household duties, helping you maintain a safe, tidy, and comfortable living environment with ease.
Shopping Assistance
Our carers help with grocery shopping and collecting essential items, either by accompanying you or shopping on your behalf, ensuring you always have what you need.
Monitoring Visits
Our regular monitoring visits ensure you are safe, comfortable, and well, providing reassurance for both clients and their families throughout the week.
Escort to Appointments
We provide support for attending medical appointments, social visits, or community activities, ensuring you feel confident and safe whenever you need to leave your home.
Post-Operative Care
We support clients recovering from surgery or illness with mobility, medication, and personal care, ensuring a safe and comfortable recovery in the familiar surroundings of your own home.
Support at Night
We provide night-time support for clients who need assistance after dark, offering safety, reassurance, and comfort when it matters most. Must be booked in advance, subject to staff availability.
Holiday Cover
We provide reliable holiday cover when a regular carer or family member is unavailable, with our staff following your existing care plan to maintain consistency and peace of mind.
Booking & Availability
All services are subject to staff availability and must be arranged in advance. Care visits are available seven days a week, 365 days a year, between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM. Night support services must be booked in advance. Rates are available on request. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
